"Partner Packages allow for any remaining sessions to be completed by the client who wishes to continue. The Partner Package rates will remain the same, regardless of whether a partner is present, until all paid sessions under the plan are completed. Please note that sessions are non-refundable, except in cases of significant medical emergencies (e.g., fatal car accidents, doctor-imposed restrictions, contagious illnesses). Paid sessions cannot be transferred or given away. However, clients who began with a Partner Package may choose to train with one other substitute person if they prefer not to train alone. Any replacement client must meet all health standards and adhere to gym policies."

"We offer a flexible refund and cancellation policy for our personal training services:
Single Sessions:
Cancel more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund.
Cancel within 24 hours: 50% refund.
Cancel within the hour: No refund.
You may reschedule a missed session without penalty.
Package Plans:
Cancellations or refund requests after 3 days of payment are not eligible, as the full program will have been developed.
In such cases, we will provide a PDF of the remaining sessions or allow you to transfer them to another individual. Otherwise, payment will be considered final.
We strive to provide excellent service and appreciate your understanding of our policy."
